Hello,

I'm reaching out because I noticed that the previous certification and training portal (veeam.looop.co) has been decommissioned, and I’m now accessing the new Veeam website.

Unfortunately, I can no longer find the certifications I completed on the old platform.
Is there a way to recover or transfer my certification records to the new portal?

Yeah..agree with Max. I’m thinking this is a backend portal migration issue they’ll need to look at.

For us in the U.S….we still have the original/traditional site:

To see our current cert, we have to login. We can’t see cert history on Veeam’s site though...we can only see this info on Pearson’s testing site. On there we can see our exam history and results history.

For specific region, there’s a listing of emails...but also the one Max shared should work:

@christophecorvaisier I am not super familiar with Veeam University FREE; however, I do know that it is unfortunately not possible to recover or transfer course completion records from the previous training portal and records from the old platform are no longer available. Please note that Veeam University FREE only provided course completion records, not certifications.

Certifications—intended as proctored processes that award an industry-recognized credential—are only available through Veeam University PRO
