I need to back up my Windows without using the cloud. I mean that the backup should be stored on my own laptop, not in the cloud. When I downloaded Veeam One, its size was about 3.5 GB, which is quite large.

+13Please keep in mind that backing up a system and storing the backup on the same system doesn’t make sense at all. In case you lose your hard drive / laptop / system, the backup would be gone as well.
For mobile computers / laptops you can typically chose a USB drive or network share (NAS).
