Hi,

We have just taken a trial of Veeam for AWS backup. It expires on the 11th of Sept so we want to get a licence for this product. But when we go to the ‘Production licences’ link in the menu the page is not available.
eg.

We are on this trial licence:
Veeam Backup & Replication Sept. 11, 2022  1000 Instances

Can someone explain how we buy a licence and where from please?

Hello how many Instance do you have to backup with Veeam for AWS ?


Veeam Backup for AWS operating in the Free edition allows you to protect up to 10 instances free of charge. Mind that, this license edition does not support indexing of EFS file systems.

Many thanks to both of you for the help. We only have 6 instances so this may be enough for us. 
I’d be happy to pay for support from Veeam but will take a look and see if we can find a partner as well.
