I’m prepping for the upgrade from Veeam v10 to v11. I have 80+ RMAN clients that use the Veeam Plugin. The documentation says the RMAN clients plugin version should match the VBR server version. Do I have to upgrade each client one by one?

How would you deploy the Veeam Plugin for RMAN to 100 clients?

with V10 and V11 you have to upgrade each plugin, because there are standalone plugins only.
With V12 you will have the option to manage the plugins from the VBR server like the agents.

+7You can update all RMAN plugins by a simple ansible playbook.
We did use a script to install the upgrade. However, almost all the clients required us to reconfigure the credentials for the repo.
