Dear all

Currently, I have purchased Subscription license for 20 workloads, next month, I need to increase number of workloads. (may be from 20 to 30 workloads)

So how to Veeam Server increase number of workloads after purchased new 10 workloads ?

Do I need to insert new license or my Veeam backup system auto check from Veeam ?

Thanks for your support.

If the current subscription is updated, and auto-renew is enabled it will pull the new amount.

Otherwise, a new .LIC file must be generated and uploaded in the VBR console.

Hello @daiphuthuy

after purchased new license, go to your account on my.veeam.com

on licenses tab you see yor 2 licenses… then you can merge this 2 licenses in 1 license sum of total workloads.

download and install this new license

Done !

Thank you, Mr. kristofpoppe and Mr. MarcoLuvisi

So can both of licenses will expired at same date ?

Because I check on Veeam website, subscription term is for “year” only.

Ask to you vendor, but I remember the date is aligned to the last license acquired.

AFAIK the combined license is aligned to the first expiry date...

Indeed, first expiry date is the global expiry date (aka co-termination)
