Estou enfrentando este erro na execução de um backup via Applications Plug-ins.
A mensagem apresentada pela console do veeam traz a seguinte informação:
21/12/2023 19:35:22 :: hdbsql error: * 2: general error: Setting changes failed on remote side. SQLSTATE: HY000  
 

No log
 Error        Database backup has failed due to plug-in error
 Error        hdbsql error: * 2: general error: Setting changes failed on remote side. SQLSTATE: HY000 (Veeam.Backup.Core.PluginManagement.CEpPluginClientProtocol+CPluginClientException)

 

As credenciais e permissões do usuário estão corretas, oque pode ser de diferente?

Based on the error the message seems to relate to the backup device for SQL but check here first for permissions and other requirements - Permissions - Veeam Plug-ins for Enterprise Applications

Based on the error...it appears you changed something on the ‘remote side’?? What did you change, if anything? What plugin are you using?

Hi @Andrio Francisco -

I’m just following up on your post for your plugin error. Did you ever get it resolved? Sometimes, for plugins, uninstalling/reinstalling the Plugin can take care of errors.

Did one of the comments here help you, or did you get Veeam Support? If you could, please provide what you did to resolve this and if one of the comments helped (or your own), mark it as ‘Best Answer’ so others with a simliar error who come across your post may benefit.
