Guest Indexing Failure

​@Prithveeam - What Veeam version are you using?  What OS?  What task are you trying to accomplish that is causing this error?

We need details not just a log snippet to better understand the problem and give suggestions.

There is nothing that can be suggested because you have not provided enough information.  Pasting part of a log file does not help as we need background information.

As shared above...please tell us what you’re doing. You have a Guest Indexing error, but for what job type? What Veeam Version? Share more details please.

In the meantime ​@Prithveeam ...until you provide more info, you can try a few things which tend to lead to Guest Index errors:

• Check disk space on your target system for enough space to run VSS
• Check the VSS service on the target system
• Check permissions to the target system (in the Job you can test permissions)
• Check firewall rules are set for Guest Indexing access
• Check antivirus exclusions: https://www.veeam.com › kb1999
• Try manual VSS of the target system: https://www.veeam.com/kb1980
