Hi,

 

what kind of license were you using? Subscription? As it suggests, your license has expired and is no longer valid.

You’ll need to speak to your preferred Veeam reseller or Veeam directly to renew.

i have got new licenses again but when i install i got an error that i mentioned in screenshot.

Perpetual licenses wouldn’t expire, only the support elements. Only thing I could think of that would stop a perpetual license working is patching before your support expiry.

Sorry no can do, I’m not from Veeam, just a member of the community, I suggest you open a case with Veeam support if you want a remote support session

Last time I saw this error message was when I selected the wrong license file to install - the old one instead of the new one. 😎
I did not look careful enough at this time. After selecting the correct file, everything worked fine.
