I saw more of these topics but there wasnt a clear solution provided what i can use, so i would ask my problem for this.

Hello @Adminnovate

I think issue was permissions related.

Have you set to Domain authentication security on NAS?

Can you share Nas model and authentication mode for it? Thanks

Credentials could be part of the issue as noted but are you able to use iSCSI instead from your NAS to a server then format as ReFS if Windows.  SMB can be unreliable for backups using a NAS.

I like the idea of ISCSI to mount the disk, why didnt i thought of that myself 🙂.

That worked like a charm, it was not really what i asked, but cuase you thought out of the box i found a more suitable way to backup my stuff.

Glad to hear that worked. Too bad my post was not the answer. 😉

Hi Chris,

I dont know why i didnt select your post.

Is there a way to undo my choice cause definately earn the credits

@Madi.Cristil @safiya -- can you undo the answer selected to this post as noted by the OP.  Thanks
