Hi,

I have installed the testlicence of veeam o365 Version 7. Exporting single items from a mailbox works fine, but export the hole mailbox of a user ends up with: unable to read beyond of the end of the stream. How can I solve this?

Yes, you need the entire full backup to be able to restore an entire mailbox.  It is similar to VBR where you need to entire backup chain of files for restores.  Try it with the entire backup and you should be able to complete the restore process.

Also you need to install MS Outlook on the server you are exporting from for mailboxes as noted on this page.

MS Outlook 2016 is installed. I have exported just a part of the full backup and trying to use this on another Workstation. Could this be the reason?
