error task copy from SMB

Why this error when i try to copy from SMB to SMB with a File Backup job:

“I encountered the same issue as Marc H. I actually had to delete the files and the jobs and re-create for the backup attempt to be successful.”

Never got this error, but maybe it’s correlate to that thread. Try looking at the link.

Before delete any type of files, ALWAYS DO A BACKUP TO ANOTHER LOCATION :)

    @sferia82 I’d strongly recommend open a Support case and let my Engineers take a look. The error itself doesn’t give a full hint, and it’s best to let the Support team review the situation.
