File backup job is failing with above error please assist.

Can you provide a bit more information please? Like what type of job is it, a screenshot of the activity window if possible.
Has this job worked before or is this a new job? What are you trying to backup? A VM or a File Backup Job?

As stated, we need more information. Also, if you sending the job to Capacity/Archive tier is the encryption password correct? Did that change on your cloud provider causing the token to change possibly?
