Enterprise Manager Appliance issues with Windows VBR

After migrating/upgrading our Enterprise Manager from Windows to the Appliance, it seems that we are facing a issue with collecting data from one specific Windows VBR.

Smaller VBRs are creating sessions without any issues, however a larger environment is not able to collect, it brings me the following alert from the VeeamBES.Collect.log:

Data from the table [Backup.Model.OibsView] cannot be replicated.

Failed to invoke method [GetUpdatedOrChangedDataPartial]

Status(StatusCode="ResourceExhausted",
Detail="Sending message exceeds the maximum configured message size.")

Someone else faced the same issue?

Created a case at VEEAM.

Hi Krishh,
i can confirm that we had the same behavior on a customer environment.
There was not a solution by our own, we had to open a Support Case and after reviewing the logs, we received some values for the DB (like “MaxRowsToCollectOnce”).

I would suggest, contact support as well.
Good luck and Best, Markus

Hi @Dynamic,

Thanks for your help! I included this topic into the case as well, will wait for a respond from the Support Team. Hopefully it will solve my problem as well!
