In VBR11 in scale-out configuration there is an option “Copy backups to object storage as soon as they are created” which is missing in VBR9.5. Is there a forcible way to copy it anyway? :)

Hi, unfortunately copy mode wasn’t available until v10, you’ve only got move mode with relies on your backup chain being inactive, so you’d have to generate more synthetic/active full backups to get the backup copying faster.

But you really shouldn’t be using 9.5 anymore!

Depending on what you’re trying to achieve though, it won’t be a native object backup, you could use virtual machines in public cloud such as Azure as a backup repository, or if you care more about long term archival you could use AWS VTL.
