I assign external user as case administrator to our vendor.

When our vendor login using their account, there no our organization or support ID to create the ticket.

So i want to know with assigning case admin to the 3rd party, is they able to create the ticket or not?

They should be able to create cases.

Noted, i can see my organization on the vendor now. Maybe this take time to show.

Vendor receive email from Veeam about are Case Administrator of Customer ID xx and then are able to see in Customer side and Vendor side on my.veeam portal.
