as v9 only ntfs is supoorting bitlooker? any update in V11 or not.

Only NTFS Supported.

reFS cannot provide the necessary information for veeam to exclude deleted blocks.

Did you mean “Microsoft Bitlocker”?

If yes, as stated HERE and HERE, yes it’s supported.

If you meant instead “Veeam Bitlooker”, @Mildur already stated that.
