It was related to the role he had, he was roled an employee but I re-added it. I forgot about the Kubernetes Support role.

+22I think that I will have to add an extra visit to my psychotherapist after this. My self esteem issues, inferiority complex, plus intense shyness problems have been given a boost. :)
