I am trying to do agent based backup of a Windows file share cluster. However when the job is set as "Failover cluster" job mode I can only select the entire volume to backup.
I want to select particular folders on the shared drive to backup. Is this possible ?

That isn’t supported: https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backup/agents/agent_job_before.html?ver=120
- Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows does not support file-level backup for backup jobs that include failover clusters.
However, depending on how you access the data it might be possible. Is it a file share? If so you could just protect the file share itself via an unstructured data job.
