Hi All,

I want to add a VBR in an non trust domain to Enterprise Manager in a different domain.
Is this possible without username and password but with certificates?

You need to use credentials for the initial connection and then VEM will use a certificate thereafter.

I know that article. Wish there was another option. For example based on certificates or a temporary key. This could be maybe a feature request. To connect VBR’s in an non domain trust/ PCI/ or isolated domain. Can’t believe we are the only that experiencing this.

It is a great suggestion for sure and I would submit it in the forums - https://forums.veeam.com

Who knows what v13 will bring but I am guessing the same thing for now.
