I am getting the error shown in the image. UAC is disabled. I can connect via IP, but I cannot connect via machine name. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Access problem in backup

If your server has MS SQL installed, please follow the steps in this KB article to resolve the VSS writer issue: https://www.veeam.com/kb2095. The next backup should complete without the warning. Ensure that the Guest OS credentials have "Sysadmin" permissions on the MS SQL instance.
