veeam backup for M365 vm question


Dear All,

 

           I have recently installed Veeam backup for M365, and after the setup i designed to resize the disk from “standard_F2s_v2” to “Standard_B1ls” and i found its generate one more VM from azure with cpu standard_F2s_v2 itself, just wonder am i allow to resize the disk ? any help would be appreicated

I do not believe resizing of disks after the fact is a best practice or allowed.  You are better off asking Support via a ticket as the help does not show anything - Overview - Veeam Backup for Microsoft Azure Guide

Those look like worker nodes for Veeam Backup for Microsoft Azure, not VB365, either way you’re changing the CPU & RAM there not the disk. And you don’t want to use B series CPU as it will get throttled hard when it has to work.
