VB365: Microsoft 365 Changes to Throttling Enforcement

For those organizations who may have implemented multiple applications to address MS throttling, please note that as of March 1, 2026, Microsoft will enforce its terms of use for everyone who has configured multiple application registrations. At this point, it’s not clear if there will be a penalty or charge for having multiple applications configured.
