Direct to Object impact on calculations

When I select Direct to Object, no capacity tier, and Archive, nothing shows up in Archive. Why does this not work? According the the User Guide, 

Direct data transfer from the performance or the capacity tier to the archive tier if your scale-out backup repository has the following configuration:

      Hi ​@randyweis, I don’t think we have it “plumbed” in for D2A, or there is a bug. I’ll inquire, but… Change your config to refs + cap tier copy mode + archive tier and you should get the values you’re looking for for now (just ignore the perf tier and treat the cap tier like it’s your D2O target)…

          Hi Randy,

          Hopefully I remember correctly but I had something similar in the past ending up as a support ticket. Maybe you should involve support.

           

          As soon as I find my old mails I’ll let you know of course.
