If you have worked with Hitachi Vantara recently, you know they have a new block storage platform, VSP One Block, that has not supported their V1 or V2 USAPI plugin. The major new capability of the V2.1 plugin is support for Hitachi Thin Image Advanced (TIA) snapshots which is the snapshot type used by VSP One Block storage arrays.
With the V2.1 plugin, all VSP and VSP One Block storage arrays are now supported for snapshot integration with Veeam Backup & Replication, including:
- VSP E series
- VSP F series
- VSP G series
- VSP 5100 and VSP 5500
- VSP 5200 and VSP 5600
- VSP One Block series
