Veeam is committed to providing best-in-class backup and recovery software for cloud, virtual and physical components. The Veeam Educational Services program brings this same focus to delivering Veeam technical training too. Through these trainings, Veeam empowers channel partners and end users alike to effectively deploy, configure, manage, and optimize their Veeam solutions.
The Program
Our technical trainings are delivered through Veeam-authorized Education Centers (VMAEC) and courses led by Veeam-certified Trainers (VMCTs). The centers and trainers both undergo a rigorous selection process and regular performance evaluations to ensure that we maintain the highest standards in the industry.While trainings and certifications are integral to the compliance program for Veeam partners, we have also observed an increased number of customers and partners attending our courses since the launch of Veeam Data Platform. This shows that both groups are recognizing the importance of gaining advanced skills and then providing better services to their internal or external clients. Trained IT professionals can quickly resolve issues, which ensures uninterrupted business operations.
Our program operates globally and offers consistent training experiences to students all over the world. In 2023 alone, we had 70 instructors teaching thousands of students both online and onsite acrossover 60 countries.
Honoring Our Backbone: Trainers and Training Centers are at the Forefront
Once a year, Veeam dedicates time to honor and acknowledge the trainers and training centers that contribute to the success of the Veeam Educational Services program. We select the best from each global region based on who contributed the most to Veeam’s progress, expertise, and professionalism. Our selection criteria includes factors like growth, teaching students for training centers, number of teaching days, and certification compliance for trainers. For both groups, student surveys and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) also play a significant role in determining the winners. All award recipients will also demonstrate consistency and compliance with our training guides.
This year, we are pleased to announce these awards along with the launch of VMCE v.12.1! This is a new course that h will be available starting in mid-April 2024. Stay tuned for more information on this exciting development!
