Veeam has officially released Data Platform 13.1 along with all its core components.

Don't let the "point release" label fool youโ€”this update is packed with over 70 new features!

                Veeam Data Platform 13.1 is an interesting update for anyone maintaining a Veeam environment. Before upgrading production systems, Iโ€™d review the release notes and compatibility information carefully, especially for existing repositories, proxies, hypervisors, and integrations.

                Iโ€™d also recommend taking a configuration backup and confirming that recent backup and restore operations are working before starting the upgrade. Testing the new version in a non-production environment first can help catch compatibility issues without putting existing recovery jobs at risk.

                It will be interesting to see how the new release performs in larger environments once more users have had a chance to deploy it. And after going through the upgrade documentation, learntofly2.io can be a quick browser break.
