FYI, as I have also subscribed:

currently the iOS APP is only for Veeam University - not Veeam University PRO. So I cannot (yet) access this subscription from mobile. I had a case with the support about it.:
 

Correct there is a difference between the Veeam University and Veeam University Pro systems. The Veeam University app is not compatible with the the Pro system and the Pro app is currently going through the final development stages.

Hello,

I tried to contact support on the platform for a question but I didn’t have any answer yet (since last friday 😕 ).

Do you know if the account used to do the paiement is like a “master” account for the 3 other account or not ? 

My company ask me to be sure if I do the paiement and I leave the company they can have the access to the 3 other account and don’t lost it. 


The additional people must belong to the same domain ex. andre@mydomain.com , so, I think wont have any issue for your collegues if you leave the company.


I mean, will someone be able to say the "master" account (biling one) is not anymore aaa@domain.com but bbbb@domain.com with contacting support I guess ?

However I should admit I m not very happy how long it takes for them to answer this question so I don t want to imagine when there is an issue :(

OK I just tryied it not 🙂 let see if it’s faster 🙂
I also tried to create a “support” account because I see it’s not the same as my veeam university pro account and waiting back for the confirmation probably 🙂
