Zabbix alert are not able to send to SMTP for Kasten backup jobs

Hi,

We have configured the Zabbix alerts for  Kasten Backup jobs and its working fine we are able to see alerts in Zabbix Dashboard. But we want to send these alerts to our mail server which is not working.

We tried the Kasten document for Zabbix integration but that is also not working.

    Hi,

     

    This doesn’t sound like a Kasten issue, I’d suggest checking your mail server to see if there’s a firewall/auth/scoped connector issue. What mail server are you using?
