I have already install kasten on top openshift, but there are 3 pods that cannot running with an error notification crashloopbackoff
- aggregatedapis-svc
- frontend-svc
- state-svc
any solutions to solve this issue ?

Would you please give more details about the storageclass are you using for these PVCs ?
As per the screen you shared, looks like the filesystem is readonly, preventing the pod to write, it might be related to how the PVC was provided, if you are using NFS you would need to check how it was mounted, and give the right permissions and also RW.
