Why Veeam doesn’t have such an option to delete Existing Snapshots from Veeam Console?

Veeam does have an automatic snapshot removal process for vSphere only called the Snapshot Hunter. You can read more about how it works here. But basically, if a snap has been retained, Veeam will attempt to remove it upon subsequent job runs.
For a feature request for what you want, I recommend placing one in the Veeam Forum.
