Hi @ignazioc :) Welcome to the community! I tagged our two Kubernetes Korner leaders so they can help out with an answer.

If anything, you can also try in this group : https://community.veeam.com/groups/kasten-k10-support-92

Thanks @Madi.Cristil

You are welcome, @ignazioc ! :)

You should be able to configure a S3 endpoint, then configure Kasten location profile to use the s3 endpoint instead of public endpoints.

@Yongkang Honestly I did not undarstand what you suggested.

My kasten deployment is behind a proxy  on my rancher on premise installation on no public address.

S3 is on internet so I need an http proxy.

@Yongkang Sorry, you suggested to use an S3 endpoint. Got it

@Yongkangthe problem is I never used an S3 endpoint. How my private network in my datacenter can reach it ? My datacenter is not on aws.

You need to have your network connectivity from OnPrem to your VPC either VPN or Direct Connect. With the S3 endpoint, you can access it from OnPrem without the traffic going through internet.

Alternatively, you can have your OnPrem S3 or NFS configured as the target (better in a different DC far away from your primary DC).

@Yongkang thanks a lot
