#EmpowHerVMCE ๐Ÿ’š

At VeeamOn Miami, we announced a project directed to Women in Tech sponsoring 150 VMCE passes to individuals that are interested in growing their skillset in Veeam Technologies. Kicking off this week we have the #EmpowHerVMCE in person class taking place in Alpharetta, Bucharest, and a set of virtual classes to follow. For those unfamiliar with the VMCE class, the course delivers the skills required to effectively install, configure, and manage the Veeam Data Platform and is the pre-requisite to get the Veeam Engineer certification.

With that in mind, the goals of the #EmpowHerVMCE campaign are to:

Promote Diversity: We're committed to infusing qualified women into the market, striving for equal representation of diverse talent within our ecosystem.

EmpowHER Success: We empower women through education and certification, helping individuals flourish in their IT careers.

Cultivate Role Models: By nurturing talent, we're creating role models who, in turn, inspire and encourage more women to join, creating a positive feedback loop of progress.

As next steps we welcome all women who had the opportunity to participate in this project as well as those that are currently seeking VMCE certification to join this group and be an active participant to cultivate our growing community of Women in IT.

๐Ÿ“šFor those that have taken the VMCE Exam, what is one piece of advice you can offer to those preparing for the exam?

My advice - Review the Veeam Help Center documentationโ€ฆ particularly the โ€œTipsโ€ and โ€œNotesโ€ in the green and blue boxes. Those callouts are not only valuable in real world deployments but also help to shape some of the questions you may be asked during the exam.
