Do you know how  to stop action perpetually changing display order  on the dashboard ?

every 3 or 4 seconds jobs orders are swapping

every 2 to 3 seconds the order of actions changes: it's very painful: I often click on an action when it changes.
Does this only happen to me or is it general?

It looks to be that all of the policies at 2AM have moved around correct. So the issue is that the policies at 2AM are moving around time the page loads.
