Error: takeArtifactHoldConflict [409] in Kasten Import Policy

Hello all, this is my first post on this group, I write because I have a problem with my Kasten Import Policy.

 

message: "[PUT /artifacts/{itemId}/holds/{holdId}][409]
takeArtifactHoldConflict &{Code:0 Message: UserMessages:[]}"

message: Failed to take Artifact hold

 

Can you help me to understand how to solve it?

Where do I have to search for a solution?

Thanks for contacting Kasten Community Post. Could you please provide your environment and k8s distro? Also would it be possible to gather the K10 Debug Logs.
