The Future of Service Provider Services
+3Are Service Providers (MSPs and CSPs) looking for more hands off tenant provisioning and service management through Self Service Portal UIs/APIs?
+21I voted no as I work for an MSP and we have all tenant provisioning automated. So creating tenants is a few minutes but we are looking to the self-service aspects now to implement in the near future for things like vCloud as an example. We are also looking towards VSPC more.
