Help to troubleshoot failed backups jobs Veeam Community

For the past few weeks, I have been experiencing difficulties troubleshooting an issue that is causing failures in my backup jobs. The problem started following a power outage, and I have not been able to identify the root cause.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I can provide further details and logs if needed.

In the logs i found some entrys

Hi @jenner.filho

Check the agent base backup job required ports are open follow the Veeam official article https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backup/vsphere/used_ports.html?ver=120

Test-NetConnection -ComputerName IP Address -Port 3300 and so on this is the example to test the port connection towards agent machine.

i can see that Cannot find quota in error check the quota of the repository as well rescan it and assign required quota as well.

do this and share your results with us
