I have a customer who has agents deployed using service provider console. They’re requesting to know what there compression ratio is for their backup jobs. Is there a way to pull this from Service Provider Console.

+20Veeam doesn't have anything I'm aware of which shows actual compression ratios. They state generally the ratio is 2:1. You can check out this post by Michael Paul where he tested different compression sizes. These were for image backups (VMs), but Agent should be comparable :

+21There is no way via VSPC but if they are using VBR they can check that within the console. But that would the only way other than using Veeam ONE reports also.
