Hello Everyone,

I am using the Veeam Service Provider Console v6 product. Because of a security audit, I must collect all activity logs from the VSPC portal. Now the VSPC portal only can show Event logs in the web UI portal and VSPC does not support pushing event logs to a log system like ELK or vRealize Log Insight. Please help me to solve this problem.

Best regards,

This page explains how to download the logs - Downloading Veeam Service Provider Console Logs - Veeam Service Provider Console Guide

If you want to have them sent elsewhere just you go on the Veeam Forum to put in an enhancement request as there is no way to force them.

Thanks, Mr. Chris for the info.
By the way, The webUI.log log at C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Veeam Available Console\Log\UI on VSPC v6 Server does not show the company name of a user is logged in, like the Event Log -> Activity Log on the VSPC v6 Web Portal for Service Provider. Do you have any ideas to get this information from the logs file?

If it is not logged in that log file then you need to get it on the portal.
