I have noticed that if I go to Veeam Backup and Replication and look at our SOBR’s Space Usage Graph under the Summary tab, it shows just one day (e.g. it shows just Sat 9x instead of different days). This happened when we upgraded to version 12.

Monthly Summary shows one set of dates

What setting if any should I change? I have updated to the latest patch and still shows the same. Version 11 did not give me this issue.

Hi @spider32 - is the graph you’re looking at in VBR or VeeamONE? Your post Title says VeeamONE but your post comment says VBR is reason why I wanna be sure; altho, VBR doesn’t have graphs in it, so I assume VeeamONE?

I searched around in the forums and didn’t notice any posts re: this potential bug. Unless someone else posts and has a similar experience, and/or may have a resolution, I would 1. post on the Forum to get a PM to verify your issue, and 2. open a Support case again, to get this potential bug (or fix, if they have one) reported and resolved in a patch release.

Appears to be a bug as I am seeing that on our VONE server, and it is patched to the latest.  I would file a bug report and create a support case.

Yes, this is on Veeam One. I am going to the Backup and Replication Tab on the left side of the window then highlight the desired SOBR to display the graph.

I was looking at the community forum as well and did not see anything related or maybe just need to use a different keyword. I will send out an email to our Veeam engineer.

Thanks,

I opened a ticket to Support and they mentioned that this is a known bug and they have a hotfix for this. I will install and let you know what happens. Thanks.

Yes, please do as I want the fix as well to address our graphs.  😁

Yes, the fix worked for me.

1. Verify the current installed build of Veeam ONE is: 12.0.1.2591 (Cumulative Patch 1) - this can be found from the Veeam ONE Client > (upper-left) Hamburger Menu > Help > About

If current build is 12.0.0.2498, apply the Cumulative Patch 1 - https://www.veeam.com/kb4430

2. Stop all Veeam ONE services

3. Go to the folder C:\Program Files\Veeam\Veeam ONE\Veeam ONE Monitor Server\ and make a backup copy of the following files:
 - VeeamDCS.exe

4. Download the archive https://storage.veeam.com/Fix_502049_e700d67e9b.zip, unpack it, and replace the files with the updated versions.

5. Start all Veeam ONE services

Thanks for letting me know.  I might bring this up with my SE but don’t want to replace the DCS file as I have a fix in for RAM usage problems which is now fixed.  We will see.

Glad to hear they have a fix for you @spider32 . Thanks for sharing!
