Hi, the best exam prep for the VMCE is trying the different features in a lab/your environment, and reading the Veeam documentation. None of the questions are designed to trick you and are more focused on your understanding of concepts than explicit details.
I believe the Veeam partner portal has some mock exams if you’re a partner. I’d also suggest trying the Veeam hands on labs 🙂

Lots of resources as others have said but nothing beats hands on with the product to learn and reinforce concepts for the exam. Best of luck with your studies.
