Actually, we logged the case to Veaam support team for some issue. they analyzed upgrade the Veaam server version from 12.1.1.56 to 12.1.2.172 and we are getting notification for upgrade the version on Veaam console.
As per my understand, can we do through below steps ?
- first completed all jobs
- then disable all job
- take a configuration backup to another location.
- then start upgradation from Veaam console.
is it right process or can we upgrade from new latest version install on same server ?
Please suggest.
