Cleaning tape unrecognized

Cleaning tape is in slot 10 and unrecognized. Can it be visible in Media Pool? What would be the process to replace the cleaning tape and add it to the slot. Where do I find the I/O slot? Sorry asking basic questions will be taking a training course soon. We are using Community edition Veeam Backup and Replication 10

no problem to ask basic questions here.

An cleaning tape is not visible in media pool, because it does not belong to any media pool. It is part of library management.

You have to replace it via the library gui. Veeam does not manage cleaning tapes.

In the library gui you will see the status of the cleaning tape, too. E.g. how many cleaning cycles are left for the specific cleaning tape.
