veeam website - errors in multiple pages

Hi, new user and first time poster. I would love any assistance,

when logged in to my account i tried to “my cases”

and i got this screen

error screen

the same error appears in the following places:

support - submit a case (ironic isn’t it)

my acount -

possibly more, i haven’t tried further.

 

i logged in with google if that matters, this is my first time using the website.

Try going to this page - https://www.veeam.com -- this one works so not sure what those URLs are doing you posted but this page works and you can get to the signin and other pages.

I am able to connect to the Veeam website from 3-4 different browsers without issue and never had the problem.  Do you have any AV or AdBlockers or extensions that could possibly be causing the issue?

Try clearing cookies and cache.  Also ensure your browser is up to date and see if that helps.

**EDIT - It seems the site might be having problems as I just tried and get same message.  I would wait a bit and see if it corrects itself.**

Hi @yam -

I was able to log into my Customer Portal. I went to the main site Chris shared, then clicked Support > “Open a case”. I logged in then was redirected to my portal page. Probably was just a brief outage. Try again and let us know if you still have issues.
