Hi all,

if you are planning to connect your Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 to your Veeam ONE 12 infrastructure and start monitoring this type of backup as well, one thing to keep in mind is the license versions of the two products.

As for the actual connection, in my case I ran into the following issue:

The KB4422 is very explanatory: “Monitoring Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 infrastructure and data protection operations with Veeam ONE v12, requires a new Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 license file with the M365Suite package value.”.

 

 

In my case, restarting the "Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 REST API Service" and push again the license update using the "Update Now" button in the VBO365 Server has solved the problem.

Thanks for sharing this as we plan to use VONE to monitor VB365.  Will check our license for sure.
