Please see the new NetApp StorageGRID and Veeam Best practices link below. You will see some recommendations from NetApp around using a larger object blocksize. This will increase the size of incremental backups. Please work with the NetApp StorageGRID team to optimally configure and size NetApp StorageGRID appliance for customer capacity and performance expectations.
