I tried to search for Run Veeam Endpoint twice a day, but nothing came up. I heard their was some scripts. Could someone point to some?

You can create, start and monitor agent jobs via the command line

This works for the Agent for Linux, too.

You should be able to start your configured job woth this command. As many times you want. Use the windows scheduler to schedule it.
But you can start the configured agent job with that command as many times you want.
"C:\Program Files\Veeam\Endpoint Backup\Veeam.EndPoint.Manager.exe" /backup |
