Could you give some more specifications on your backup infrastructure?

Your error is there ‘Failed to get AzureClientCredentialsConfig: Cannot get tenantID from config’ 😊

but other things are compliant with the same tenant id and etc

Well it’s saying it couldn’t get the tenant ID from your config, so I’d check it’s formatted correctly, no spaces etc
