Recently I change my job. so that i need to change my email address, any one can help me in this issue?

I recently changed company and currently have a profile linked to my email address which was before my X employer.

My Veeam ID and details were associated with my business email address at my former company.

Before leaving, I sent an email to the address below

For further assistance, please contact vmce@veeam.com and within a few hours, I received a response from the Veeam team.

They clearly mentioned that once I left my company, I could email them after my last working day, and they would transfer my credentails and data to my Hotmail/Gmail account.

I found this process to be smooth and straightforward.

Currently, I can access the portal with my credentials and view my VMCE certification and other details.

However, I am unable to lock cases with Veeam Support. For this, I need to upgrade my current account to a business email address.
