Estou fazendo uma atualização no meu ambiente, e estou atualizando meu veeam 9.5.4 para o veeam 11 que é o que meu hypervisor suporta, tenho uma licença por socket e lendo a documentação encontrei que as licenças até o veeam 10 são bloqueadas por versão e que eu teria que baixar a versão mais atual da licença para conseguir colocar em meu veeam 11, porém quando acesso o portal não encontro essa opção de download, o meu suporte está expirado seria algo relacionado a esse suporte expirado ? ou existe outra forma de fazer este download ?

 

I'm doing an update in my environment, and I'm updating my Veeam 9.5.4 to Veeam 11 which is what my hypervisor supports, I have a socket license and reading the documentation I found that licenses up to Veeam 10 are blocked by version and that I would have to download the most current version of the license to be able to put it on my Veeam 11, but when I access the portal I don't find this download option, my support is expired would it be something related to this expired support or is there another way to do this download?

I don’t recall the license usage among Veeam versions that far back. But, your license seems to be for v9.5U4 and probably v10 if you would’ve upgraded earlier. And, I’m wondering if your socket lic is perpetual? Mine are (I’m on current v12.1.###). So, you can use what you have, but are pretty outdated. Don’t think you’ll be able to upgrade without renewing. Best way to find out is to reach out to your local Veeam SE or account rep I think.


Se o seu suporte está expirado você não vai conseguir fazer a atualização da licença para v11.
Para conseguir fazer isso precisa renovar o suporte.
