I have a job that failed job finish unexpected and it stuck on stopping .

i restart the services , the server , the proxy and nothing works what should I do ? 

Restarting the Veeam Backup Service or the Backup Server should do the trick. 


Not solve the problem even restart to the server 


If a job shows as Failed, that won't go away. That's the Job's run status...like "Success" is. It's normal until it runs again and, hopefully, runs successfully. 

Does it show Failed or Stopping? Stopping can take quite a while unless you reboot the server or select "immediately" when manually canceling or stopping a Job; or, like I mentioned previously, stop /start the Backup Service. If you manually cancel the Job, it'll then show as Failed. 


If the Job status still shows as Stopping, you may need to contact Veeam Support. 


The status is stopping but on the logs of the jobs it’s shows as failed . 
i already restart the server at it won’t stop

infos you provide is very limited and does not allow you to understand the problem.

At this point, as Shane suggests, you can open a case at the Veeam Support.
